Dr. Linda C. Weigand

Dr. Linda Weigand is the founder and owner of InsideOut Dynamics, Inc. established in 1999. She is a licensed professional counselor in the state of Georgia and a Doctor of Psychology. In addition to 25 years experience in the counseling and coaching field, Linda has 19 years experience in Corporate America in Human Relations and Management, which afforded her the opportunity for training, facilitating, career development, and counseling.

Linda has a passion for restoring individuals and families and a mission to equip individuals for effective living by providing competent, compassionate counseling and lifestyle coaching services using a total approach to wellness.

In the last few years, Linda has been making a professional transition from treatment to prevention as a Lifestyle Coach, Wellness Educator, and Certified Nutritional Therapist. She has a passion for providing education and life strategy tools through workshops, seminars, groups, as well as, services on an individual basis.

Linda had been married for 29 years when her husband died suddenly in November of 2009. She has two young adult children and one grandchild. In her spare time, Dr. Weigand enjoys reading and relaxing time with her family and close friends. She also enjoys traveling and exploring new experiences.

Alexis Johnson-Nelson, PhD, LMFT

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

Dr. Johnson-Nelson is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 12 years of experience working with couples, families, and individuals. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Spelman College, a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Maryland, and a Doctorate in Couples and Family Therapy from Drexel University.

Dr. Johnson-Nelson has worked in a variety of settings including community mental health agencies, CORE services, and private practice. She utilizes an integrated approach in therapy drawing from cognitive behavioral, solution-focused and Bowenian modalities.

In her spare time, Dr. Johnson-Nelson enjoys spending time with her husband and two young daughters.

Kelli M. Shelton, MA, LPC

Licensed Professional Counselor

Ms. Shelton has been working with individuals and families since 2010. She counsels children, adolescents, and adults using a cognitive-behavioral, person-centered and solution-focused counseling approach to assist clients in reaching their individual goals. Ms. Shelton holds an MA in Community Counseling from Argosy University and a BA in Psychology from the University of West Georgia.

Kelli has been married for 10 years and has a wonderful son and two wonderful step-daughters. She enjoys swimming, playing games, reading, watching funny movies, traveling and a magnitude of other activities with her family and friends. Her hobbies include painting, gardening, household projects, reading, sewing, watching football, jigsaw puzzles, and cooking.

Andrea Adams, MS, LPC, CPCS

Licensed Professional Counselor

Ms. Adams is a Certified School Counselor with 18 years of counseling experience working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families. She holds an MS in Community Counseling from Columbus State University and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Georgia State University.

Chuck Popov, MA, LPC, CDAC-II, CSOTS

Licensed Professional Counselor

Mr. Popov holds an MA in Counseling Psychology from the University of Cincinnati and an MA in COG Theological Seminary.

His specializations include:

In his spare time, Mr. Popov enjoys playing the piano, gardening, landscaping, reading, and cooking.
